Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
Being an exclusively online label, PUAWAI SWIMWEAR understands the challenges of getting the right fit with online bikini purchases. If you are not loving your new bikini, we are happy to accept returns for store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges or credit card refunds.
Which orders are eligible for returns?
To qualify for returns, be sure to get in touch with us within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your order passes the 30-day mark, it will not be eligible for returns.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Sale items
- Items purchased with a discount code
Do you provide free returns?
The shipping cost incurred for returns is not covered nor reimbursed by PUAWAI SWIMWEAR.
How do I organize a return?
To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the same e-mail address used for your order. Please include your order number and item(s) you wish to return for store credit.
Once we provide you with a Returns Authorisation number and mailing instructions, you have 14 days to send back your bikini. Please ensure that you return the item(s) in the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. All tags must be intact.
- For bottoms, the hygiene liner must not have been removed or reattached.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Items must not have any visible signs of use or wear including, but not limited to, deodorant/ cosmetic/ sunscreen/ sweat stains, perfume and other scents.
Unfortunately, if we receive items that do not meet the above conditions, we cannot accept them. They will be sent back to you at your expense. If original packaging or tags of the returned item are damaged, a restocking fee of $5 USD per item will be incurred.
After your item(s) have passed inspection, you will receive a store credit notification via email typically within 1 – 2 working days. Store credit amount issued excludes the original shipping and return shipping costs.
Lost / damaged returns
PUAWAI SWIMWEAR is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If the package is sent back to you with postage due, we will not reimburse additional charges.
If you are shipping items amounting over $70 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
