How much is shipping?
All local and international orders over $100 USD are eligible for free standard shipping.
Express shipping options are also available. The rates vary depending on your shipping address. We work with a variety of couriers (e.g. DHL, Fedex, UPS) to offer you the best shipping options possible. These options will be displayed at check-out.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will be processed between 1 – 3 business days.
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 10 - 17 business days. This may vary depending on your shipping address. Please refer to shipping options at check-out for more accurate delivery time estimates. There may also be occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect the delivery time frame.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order, express shipping option (est. 2 - 5 business days) is available at check-out.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Will I have to pay for any additional custom duties & taxes?
You will be liable for all import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) applied towards your order. These fees are not included in the price at checkout. They are charged by the country of import and we have no control over any import charges associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
PUAWAI SWIMWEAR is not responsible for the additional import charges, and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding these charges. If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by PUAWAI SWIMWEAR.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you wish to modify or cancel your order. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make changes or cancellations.
Unfortunately, lost packages do occur from time to time.
PUAWAI SWIMWEAR will refund orders that have been confirmed lost by courier tracking. Refund amount excludes original shipping fee.
However, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by courier tracking.
You are responsible for ensuring that the mailing address provided at check-out is accurate and complete. If your package is marked as 'undeliverable' or 'return to sender', an additional reshipping fee will be required to redeliver the package to you. PUAWAI SWIMWEAR is not liable to reimburse the reshipping fee. If you refuse the reshipping fee, you will not be refunded by PUAWAI SWIMWEAR.
